The pastries we serve for breakfast are homemade using ingredients from the Dolomite Belluno area, sourced as locally as possible, such as butter, eggs, milk, ricotta, jams and other delicious treats. When we don't make bread in-house, we source it from nearby artisanal bakeries in Taibon. To add sweetness, we offer honey from our neighbor, who is a beekeeper, and fantastic jams from the Belluno-based company La Giasena. In addition to the must-have tea and herbal infusions, in the morning, we serve fresh juices also from La Giasena. Feeling hungry already?
