The organic and km0 breakfast is one of the strengths of Elle Ecoholiday. We are committed to offering our guests fresh, quality and sustainable food sourced from our area. Our breakfast includes organic products, such as seasonal fruit and vegetables, organic milk and yoghurt, local honey and organic bread. All these products are grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, to ensure maximum well-being for our body and the environment. Furthermore, most of the products in our breakfast are purchased directly from local, km0 producers. This means that we work closely with our suppliers, and that the products we serve are fresh and of high quality. In this way, we also support the local economy and reduce the environmental impact of product transport. Our guests can enjoy a variety of products during breakfast, such as freshly baked croissants, wholemeal bread, BIO jams, local cold cuts and cheeses, fresh eggs and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Furthermore, we are always ready to adapt to the dietary needs of our guests, offering vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options. The organic and km0 breakfast is an important part of our hospitality philosophy.
