Nice room, with small outdoor area. Nearby a good parking garage. A few steps and you are at Castelvecchio. Good location and nice that you can walk from the city into the quiet.

The property has 3 private rooms, each with their own private outdoor patio. There is a communal kitchen area with many different types of drinks and some breakfast items, all in individual portion plus fresh bakery items are provided to each room in the morning. Paid secure parking is next door in an underground structure. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The location is very close to the old city center but very private and peaceful. Entry to the property is handled via a phone app and is all touchless.

My husband and I spent a night in this establishment and we had a great time. It was clean, quiet, brand new and just a stone's throw from the city center. We did not meet the owner in person, but he is always present and attentive online for any requests. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone passing through Verona.

We stayed at Arsenale Suites for one night. We arrived by car - very close to the Arsenale parking. Please note that the door will be closed in the evening and you will have to take a longer trip to the B&B. It takes 5 minutes to reach the center. The room is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was well organized (you can say what you want), but it generates too much waste with the bags (I hope some of these can be reused). For one night near the center: Optimal and I would recommend it.

Highly recommended structure. Conveniently located in the center, small and cozy, a little corner of paradise in the center of Verona. Very helpful owner: despite our early arrival and room cleaning in progress, he allowed us to store our luggage so we didn't have to leave them in the car. We will definitely return.

Matteo's property is beautiful, in a super central location, all very clean and super functional. The room (Zio Tom) is large, warm, quiet, equipped with all comforts. The breakfast service is managed very well and Matteo is a perfect host, very quick in communications and available to provide information. Moreover, one of the things I appreciated the most is the convenience of the check-in for opening the gate and the front door and the fact that the place is dog friendly. Delighted to have found gluten-free products and plant-based milk. Arsenale Suites is more than a b&b, it is a truly perfect experience that I recommend and will definitely repeat.

Excellent structure, excellent manager. Rooms and common area very clean, all furnished in the best way. Manager super kind and always available for any request. Super abundant breakfast with many things already available in the fridge and outside the fridge, plus delivery of fresh items the following morning. Great location, located near the center and convenient for parking almost adjacent to the structure. I fully recommend this b&b for any occasion.

Thanks to Matteo for how he renovated the spaces with expertise in home automation and style, for the careful, punctual, never intrusive management. We were comfortable, even if only for a few hours in Verona, this space was an added value to our trip.

Beautiful bed and breakfast, tastefully decorated, modern, a stone's throw from Piazza Bra. Excellent breakfast. Blue zone parking spaces available nearby, as well as an underground parking. The owner is very kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed at Arsenale Suites to visit Verona, we have never found such high quality. The manager is friendly and attentive to every need, with many products in the fridge available to guests, excellent breakfast despite the covid issue. It's amazing to open the doors and gate with your own smartphone, beautiful and very clean room, we couldn't have found better.

Very close to Castelvecchio, therefore in the historic center. Convenient parking and, if you are lucky, there are free public parking spots. Paid parking available next to the b&b. Matteo, the manager, is always efficient, helpful, and professional. Recommended!

Perfect location. Incredibly convenient for parking the car and crossing the bridge you are immediately in the historic center of Verona. Warm and welcoming room. Everything very clean. The host is very helpful and attentive. It feels like home.
