Our B& B is located at Santa Maria degli Angeli district of Assisi art city in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme Santo Raggio, Terme Francescane Village), rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view. "B&B Raffiori" is a lovely, refined building.

The Breakfast is consumed together with the other guests in a very bright and colorful room. is served directly by the owner, who is at your disposal to prepare excellent coffee, fantastic cappuccinos, various flavors of tea and anything you need. In the breakfast room you will also find, biscuits, snacks, cereals, biscuits, nutella jams, honey, fruit juices, yogurt and much more. For people with gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance or those suffering from allergies, we can provide special foods on request.

Well-kept structure and very clean and colorful inside. Upon arrival, the feeling is quite different, but once inside everything becomes very pleasant. The owner is friendly and sunny, attentive in giving advice and helpful. The breakfast (for us without lactose) was still abundant and she took care of purchasing specific products suitable for us. I highly recommend a visit if you want to relax.

The B&B Raffiori is located in a strategic area from which you can visit beautiful places and towns of Umbria in a short time. Raffaella is very kind and helpful, she is attentive in the arrangement and care of the premises; despite staying only two days, she made sure to have the room tidy and clean. It is a very welcoming and family-friendly environment. There is ample space in the garden for children and parking for cars. Clean and bright room, nice garden also for a walk with my dog and in the end breakfast with excellent homemade pies and cake. I highly recommend it. Hope to come back.

Four fantastic days, great location to explore Umbria. Ten minutes from Assisi and three minutes from Santa Maria degli Angeli. Throughout the area, there is a spiritual atmosphere rediscovering the life of St. Francis. Raffaella, from B&B Raffiori, provides very useful information on schedules for visiting churches and museums, parking lots, and restaurants in the area.

Beautiful place. 800 meters from Santa Maria degli Angeli, and 2 km from Assisi. Close to bus stops to go to the Basilica. The owner is extremely kind. Available to give advice and always at the customer's disposal. Daily room cleaning. Absolutely worth trying and going back.

I stayed for a weekend with my boyfriend. The structure lived up to expectations: clean, colorful, well-kept, quiet, and welcoming. Many comforts: heating and air conditioning, abundant breakfasts, free parking and Wi-Fi, overlooking Assisi. The city of Saint Francis is just a stone's throw away, and the major points of interest in the region are easily reachable. The owner is sweet, helpful, present, friendly, and always generous with advice. We will return: recommended.

The location, just a 5-minute drive from Assisi, is strategic for visiting Umbria.
