We are guest house we dont offer breakfast, but it's not a problem because very close to us there are 3 coffee shop (less than 5 minutes by walk) where you can have breakfast.

A good place to sleep. Five minutes walk away from the city wall; parking in the street, but no reserved parking available. Air conditioning is there, Netflix is available on the TV. Some traffic outside. The one thing that was annoying to me: the shower was not well cleaned and needed a thorough descaling!

We had a good stay, the room was spacious and clean. Additionally, even though it is outside the center, it is very close to the areas of interest and we found parking right in front of the Lucca in Chic. It could receive a higher score if breakfast was also included.

Newly opened structure and it shows: everything is clean, orderly, and styled in a simple and elegant way. Spacious room with private bathroom equipped with everything you need. Freedom to enter and exit having access to the main entrance door of the house. The structure offers services that are usually not even common in more renowned hotels: free wifi, Netflix included in the price, room slippers for the stay (essential for me). Convenient location: my GPS detects 700 meters from the walls of Lucca, Porta Elisa, reachable in a few minutes. The area is quiet and there are free parking spaces. No disturbance from the proximity of the railway: there is not so much train traffic, especially at night. If I may suggest: a kettle for tea in the room or a common area to prepare tea/herbal teas for the night.
