The room was very noisy, we could hear the upstairs rooms going to the toilet and hear peeing like someone standing next to our bed. In addition, the bathroom was not clean, the shower had mold and the shower head was dirty and calcified. You could hear the street extremely well even with the windows closed. So we checked out after one night and canceled the remaining nights. When will we be refunded the balance?!?

I was good... Quiet and relaxing... The only flaw is the mattress and the TV, otherwise very clean and kind for those who are not from the area all around.

The structure is simple but well organized. The triple room is comfortable and equipped with everything necessary (including an electric coffee maker). The bathroom, however, shows signs of aging. The breakfast is more than satisfactory with various choices. Very convenient free parking. The staff is very helpful.

Everything very nice and clean, compliments. Well served as buses stop right in front of the Hotel Anna, quite close to the center and the station, even if it's a bit on the outskirts. Then aperitif at the bidelli with a very good offer and a view of Piazza del Campo in Siena.

The hotel is located in a very convenient position for trips to the surroundings of Siena. It is 10 minutes from the center of Siena. It is easily reachable. The room is dated but comfortable and spacious. We rested well, without noises and at the right temperature. The shutters allow you not to have light in the early hours of the morning. The parking lot is just behind the structure and in front, very convenient. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel provides a map of Siena for free.

Just outside Siena, the property has the convenience of being in an easily identifiable location and above all is equipped with ample private parking. The ground floor rooms are quite clean and comfortable and, as noted, recently renovated. It's a shame we had to replace it due to external renovation works, rather annoying considering they started at 7:30 in the morning. Unfortunately, the rooms on the upper floor were a bit more dated and less well-maintained. The reception staff was very courteous and kindly accommodated our requests. The breakfast was also very good and rich in choices.

Structure of not recent date but clean and well maintained. Diverse breakfast although not plentiful (those who arrived around 8:45 risked not finding what to choose). Reception and check-in ok.

Fairly 'dated' structure but overall clean, disturbed by traffic noise, but highly convenient due to its proximity to the city center, easily reachable from the main road connections.
