Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Booked a room with 2 beds (1 Double and 1 single) and the man at the desk charged us an extra 20 euros to use the single bed (I was staying with a male colleague we weren't intending on sharing a bed). The single bed was absolutely awful, like sleeping on a dish sponge. Was also an extra 4.50 euros if you want to use the air-conditioning and they take away the remote to use so you have to request it. Checkout is at 10am and the host is knocking on your door even before that trying to get you to leave. The most unfriendly and stingiest place I've ever stayed. Book as a last resort if you need somewhere right near the airport but the location is the only thing its got going for it.

Very Budget room only. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The decor was not up to much. Excellent location. Would have been nice to have the opportunity of a tea/coffee or water in the room at least.

The hotel was cheap, so we did not anticipate much. First surprise - the hotel is really easy to find and just a 2-minute walk from the airport. We arrived at Pisa Rooms fairly late (around 00:00). The concierge was easy to reach (just a doorbell call) and very helpful. He helped us print out the Ryanair boarding passes, which we forgot to print. The rooms are simple, but nice and clean. The WiFi is very strong, good connection. Since we had to leave early, I did not expect to have breakfast, but they have it ready right in the room, with a hot water boiler in the corridor, so you can enjoy coffee and croissants anytime you wish. Breakfast is very simple, as elsewhere in Italy, but at least it exists. Best impressions for such a low price. Highly recommended for budget travelers.

Francesco was the most joyful person that I met in Italy. At 12:00 midnight, we checked in and Francesco gave us the warmest smile and welcome in Italy. The room was large and clean next to the bathroom. The hotel is located just opposite the airport, ideal for late check-in or early check-out. We thank you, Francesco. Definitely recommend!

My mom and a friend stayed here for one night. They were very happy and were welcomed very well by Francesco. The only thing is that they had to pay extra for the air conditioning. Maybe we missed this when we booked.

We didn't know that the airport closes between midnight and 4 in the morning and our flight was the first of the day at 6 in the morning. After reading the opinions of people who said they had bad experiences spending the night outside the airport, we decided to book a night in this apartment even if we were resting for only 5 hours. One of the best possible decisions, as the airport is just a 2-minute walk away. Excellent location, very friendly treatment from the owner and simple but comfortable facilities.

Decrepit, dated, dirty, and stuffy structure. Lacks parking space (only paid blue lines). Air conditioning is paid separately. The only positive note is the wifi connection. Never again.

Everything is great, really just a stone's throw from the Airport Pisa Rooms and very convenient, with Francesco the owner who is a skilled and welcoming professional at the same time. Excellent value for money!
