The property is very good overall, well maintained, ideal even for those with children. The price paid was higher than other similar level facilities, but in line with the order and comfort that the property offers, which is not luxurious but certainly reflects the description on the booking site. So everything perfect then? Unfortunately not in my case. Like many tourists, I booked just for sleeping and having breakfast, so I needed to wash and change in a clean place and rest well at night. During my stay, I was unlucky to often find myself (3 out of 4 days) without hot water and with continuous power outages that also caused interruptions of cold water supply. I am convinced that the blame is on bad luck and not on the structure itself (the first day everything was fine), but surely the one responsible for this misfortune is the manager, who actually tried to solve the problem each time with the best intentions, but unfortunately failed (technical problems) and therefore in my opinion should have recognized a discount or a refund even just a small part of the fee paid as a kind gesture and apology, to leave a good impression, not just in words. I have faced several inconveniences not due to anyone's will but overall they disturbed my serenity and the ability to enjoy what I had paid for... we all know that not having water and continuous power outages at home is very annoying, especially on vacation. In summary, beyond the small refund denied to me, which I had asked for as a gesture of courtesy (the manager should have proposed it directly in my opinion especially since we were two families and overall we left a decent sum for a few days of hospitality) and with which I might have bought some sweets for the children, I believe that there was a lack of respect for the customer and the ability to demonstrate with concrete gestures to be gentlemen managers. This disappointment of mine should not affect the judgment of the structure itself, which I repeat if there had been no unexpected technical problems, would certainly have met my expectations. Finally, I add that I am writing a positive review overall, also for the kindness shown by the manager's partner who offered us two excellent cakes with lemon jam, for which I thank her again.

Ringrazio il Sig. Medico pediatra di Perugia, così si è presentato, per la sua tempestiva recensione con la quale da una parte elogia la struttura (palese l’espressione dei figli e della moglie al loro arrivo ed i loro entusiasmo nel vedere una villa cosi bella e cosi ben curata) e dall’altra parte affonda la sua insoddisfazione per un evento fortuito.
L’interruzione dell’energia elettrica è stata causata (così come riferito dopo la loro partenza da un tecnico elettricista) da una ciabatta elettrica dove veniva dagli stessi inserito il loro caricabatterie del telefono. Cosa è successo non è facile capirlo (sfortuna o errore nel tirare gli alimentatori ?).
Sorprende non poco l’affermazione che tre giorni su quattro non si è potuto lavare per mancanza di acqua calda.
Viviamo anche noi nella struttura ed è stato tempestivo l’intervento di ripristino. A causa dell’imprevisto in qualità di gestore, al momento del chek out sono stati consegnati dei souvenir alle due famiglie (essendo un medico pediatra, non si era pensato a un rimborso in danaro ritenendolo offensivo). Invece viene richiesto chiamandoci in disparte lontano dalla moglie e dai suoi amici e prima che gli si possa dire quello che si era pensato di fare (Recapitargli a casa un pensiero rappresentativo della nostra regione), dei soldi per comprare dei cioccolatini ai figli ! )
Ricordo inoltre al dottore pediatra che la prenotazione è avvenuta tramite il portale B&B case vacanza, e pur essendo a conoscenza e quindi consapevole per contratto da Lui firmato del pagamento della prevista tassa di soggiorno non la voleva pagare.
E ci siamo dovuti soffermare più volte e più giorni sulla questione che veniva rinviata diplomaticamente. Secondo lui chi viene per lavoro è esonerato dal pagamento: la tassa di soggiorno non è collegata alle motivazioni del soggiorno degli ospiti è una disposizione di legge cui non ci si può sottrarre.
La nostra struttura lavora in osservanza dei regolamenti e delle leggi nazionali (dichiarazione ospiti alla polizia) e regionali (CIR) con relativo aggiornamento del portale Regionale Turistico.
Per quanto riguarda le valutazioni inerenti i costi a confronto ad altre strutture le auguriamo di provarle la prossima volta, raccomandandole anche di pagare la tassa di soggiorno al chek in, per evitare spiacevoli situazioni !
Noi non vogliamo avere niente a che fare con clienti che tentano di sottrarsi al pagamento di quanto dovuto !
