Great B&B, modern, clean rooms equipped with every comfort, daily room cleaning and a kind and helpful host who was able to show us parking lots, restaurants, and things to do. The location is also great, a stone's throw from the main monuments and squares as well as close to a supermarket. Highly recommended!

Really appreciated the availability and the welcome. The room, comfortable and clean, with a small balcony overlooking the roofs of nearby buildings. Although breakfast is not included, the room is equipped with a coffee machine and a kettle. The central location is convenient to reach any point in Ortigia.

Very central location in Ortigia, very close to the Cathedral. Upon arrival, the outside doesn't give a good impression but the rooms are modern and comfortable. The parking, free or for a fee, is 5 minutes away and there is the possibility to stop on the main street for loading and unloading luggage. Worth mentioning is the breakfast served at an excellent pastry shop in front of the Cathedral.

All OK, excellent location, cozy room with TV, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, fridge, coffee machine with included pods, kettle with tea bags included, impeccable cleanliness, friendly and helpful host. I recommend it.

Salve, non abbiamo mai avuto questa problematica, come si evince da tutte le altre recensioni. Il giorno dopo la vostra partenza è stato fatto intervenire l'idraulico, che ha trovato una bottiglietta di bagnoschiuma gettata da qualche ospite all'interno del wc, che ne ostruiva il normale deflusso. Tutto risolto, Saluti.

The structure is located in the historical center of Ortigia. Rich and abundant breakfast at a pastry shop in the main square. The structure has been recently renovated, simple but well-kept rooms. Cleanliness and order make the stay even more pleasant. The manager is very helpful and attentive to any request made. I highly recommend it.

The room that was assigned to me was too small and the air conditioning was not able to cool it down. The room did not correspond to the photo indicated at the time of booking. The manager was very kind in all the information and the location of the property is definitely strategic to visit Ortigia.

Gentilissima Annarita, se scorre le foto al momento della prenotazione noterà chiaramente anche la sua camera, facilmente riconoscibile per il balcone spazioso. Per quanto riguarda il condizionatore, avevate impostato il telecomando su "sole" e non su "neve". Ogni camera è dotata di climatizzatore autonomo da 9000btu che riesce più che egregiamente a raffreddare le camere di 15/20 m2, com è normale che sia. Saluti da Ortigia.
