Guests love it because: in the city center, very new, at the seaside, the design of the property, shopping area, cheap, spectacular view, near the airport, charming property.

We do not serve breakfast. Our policy is to give our customers the opportunity to taste the Sicilian delicacies they prefer every day. We are located in the heart of the town, just a few steps away from the best bars, pastry shops, and ice cream parlors. We prefer to give our customers total freedom of choice rather than charging excessive prices for a "standard" breakfast. However, those who wish to do so can always prepare a tasty breakfast in their room as they are equipped with a coffee/cappuccino machine, a kettle, and a minibar.

Riccardo, the manager, really friendly and helpful. He immediately made us feel comfortable. The apartment, which is located just a few steps from the center and the beach, is newly renovated, with new furnishings and very clean. Both the structure and the manager are recommended. If the opportunity arises, I would not hesitate to return and rely on Riccardo.

Positive experience! Although close to the busiest streets of Marina di Ragusa, the area is not affected by noise and traffic. Clean and tidy room. Strategic location and punctual management attentive to the customer. Only downside: if you arrive by car, the area does not facilitate easy parking, a bit of patience is required. If I come back, I will definitely return!

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast in the last two days of our Sicilian tour with various stops. The welcoming and new structure is really just a few steps away from the center of Marina di Ragusa, so convenient to get to the beach and at the same time away from the chaos of the local places. The manager Riccardo was very kind and friendly. Highly recommended.
