On the second floor of a small building in a neighborhood 10 minutes from the center of Olbia there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. All very clean. Car required. Varied breakfast but only industrial products. No fresh bread, just toast, a bit disappointing. Satisfactory for one night.

Les 2 chambres avec seulement 1 salle de bain, chambre familiale, vous l'avez réservée et il est bien décrit qu'il en est ainsi, sinon à un prix légèrement plus élevé vous auriez pu réserver les chambres avec salle de bain attenante. Le petit-déjeuner sucré, que vous m'avez dit préférer, comprend des desserts préparés par moi et non commerciaux en dehors des desserts typiques sardes que j'achète. Quant au pain frais, je ne l'utilise qu'avec des plats salés... désormais je l'ajouterai également aux petits déjeuners sucrés. Bonne continuation. Monica

J'ai un B&B et non un appartement et il n'y a pas de possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine ni même les ustensiles de cuisine... Quant au petit-déjeuner, le mien est à la fois sucré et salé avec de la charcuterie, des fromages, du pain blanc et noir frais, du pain de mie, des fruits, du yaourt, du musley, des corn flakes, des biscuits divers, de la brioche fraîche, du café, du cappuccino, du lait, du chocolat en poudre, de nombreux types de thé et infusions.. .ect. outre le fait que je demande toujours si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, pouvez-vous me dire ce qui manquait pour m'améliorer ? Very nice welcome. Monica is very pleasant, despite the language barrier, we managed to understand each other well. Top room, same for the bathroom. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. I recommend it.

A Casa de Monica is perfect. Monica is a very kind, welcoming, extremely friendly person full of little touches that please. We didn't try the breakfast (which looks abundant from the photos) as we left very early in the morning, but Monica had prepared us something to eat (small cakes, fruit juice brick, and a kettle with tea/coffee in the room... royal). I especially recommend this address, well located to access the airport by bus.

In a residential area of Olbia a few minutes by car from the airport, very well-kept, welcoming and very clean property: A Casa di Monica is a very attentive, caring and kind host without being intrusive. We stayed in the blue room, very large and suitable even for a family, bathroom adjacent to the room and the terrace, new and clean. Sweet breakfast, very well-prepared and with some delicious cakes prepared by Monica, served on the terrace: great start to the vacation.. Thank you Monica!

We stayed one night as a stopover for the morning ferry. Very welcoming structure and host. Take away breakfast (because we left before 8) abundant. I highly recommend the property. We will be back! A 15-minute walk from the center of Olbia, in a quiet area.

Merci Vincent pour l'avis, malheureusement en ce qui concerne la position je ne peux pas la changer mais la position est sur google maps... le petit déjeuner, malheureusement à 6h du matin nous ne le servons pas, mais nous donnons à nos hôtes un petit déjeuner à emporter , en essayant de faire ce qu'il vous plait, alors que dans la chambre vous trouverez la bouilloire électrique avec café lyophilisé, thé et cappuccino, thé et camomille en sachets... Highly recommended! Monica is welcoming, kind, and always ready to help her guests and provide valuable advice. There is a convenient parking lot below the house and in less than 10 minutes by car, you can reach the center of Olbia. My room was very spacious and was tidied up and cleaned every day. The breakfast is plentiful and there is a wide selection. Ideal for unwinding and enjoying the holidays to the fullest.

Hola Leticia, con respecto a la ubicación y la estructura, podías ver en Google Maps dónde estaba ubicado antes de reservar conmigo, pero tal vez reservaste aquí porque tuviste la oportunidad de llegar a las 2:00 de la noche. También pudiste dejar tu equipaje en mi casa para moverte de forma independiente... Para el desayuno, puedes ayudarme a mejorarlo si me dices qué debo agregar a lo que ofrezco. The owner had a sudden change in attitude that surprised and offended us. Upon arrival, her normal kindness gave the impression that she was a person who carried out her work professionally. She asked us to pay, but not having enough cash available, my partner immediately offered to go find an ATM. At that point, she replied that we could do it later. We told her we would have dinner, withdraw the money, and bring it to her afterwards. She replied that she wouldn't be available because she had plans to go downtown, being Saturday, and asked us to leave the money under the door so as not to disturb her dog with the doorbell. During dinner, she sent us a message insisting on payment. We finished dinner at 11:30 PM due to the chaos of Saturday night. Then she called again to insist. We were already irritated, but we told her we were looking for an ATM. The first one was out of service, the second one was occupied by a group of foreign boys having difficulty using it and all four had to withdraw money. Minutes passed and the anxiety grew knowing that she was waiting for us to go to sleep. Finally, we found an ATM, got on the motorcycle, set the navigator, and headed to her place. The area was full of one-way streets, making it difficult even for the navigator to understand where to go. Then came the

Mi spiace contraddire da subito, ma invio sempre che il pagamento deve essere fatto per contanti all'arrivo!!!. I signori arrivano hanno una parte di contanti che non mi anticipano e chiedo loro di farmi un bonifico istantaneo! Io non sono abbligata ad avere il POS perché lavoro con C.F... Lui approva ma la compagna dice che li porteranno più tardi. Specifico che partiranno molto presto al mattino e io non li vedrò...tra l'altro consegnato colazione da asporto come sempre in questi casi.. Io offro ospitalità e posso aspettare fino a una certa ora, ma se fossero stati corretti e vedendo che ritardavano a rientrare sarebbero passati prima a consegnarmi i soldi...Posso io aspettare fino alle ore 00:30, ora del rientro per essere pagata da persone che non conosco e che non vedrò più e che sono in casa mia??? E se non trovavo la busta è loro avessero detto che c'era??? Le case con 2 piani non hanno l'ascensore e nel mio caso è specificato nell'annuncio...e i letti sono tutti matrimoniale 200 x 160 ...non ho letti alla francese...comunque basta vedere le altre recensioni che ho per fare due conti... La sensazione che ho provato, vista l'ora, è che non volessero pagarmi e l' ho tuttora... P.S. la colazione è stata in parte consumata...si vede che andava bene anche quel poco...

We stayed at this property for only one night, before boarding the ferry that took us back home. The B&B is really well-kept in every detail and very clean, and the area where it is located is very quiet. The room where we stayed is equipped with all the comforts, including a very well-appointed bathroom. Mrs. Monica, the owner of the property, is a very pleasant person. With her friendliness, kindness, and liveliness, she knows how to connect with the guests, offering the utmost availability for every need. I definitely recommend a stay at this B&B, where we will return with pleasure!

Structure in a nice and quiet complex, just outside the center but 5 minutes away from it. Livable and essential rooms, very good cleanliness. A Casa di Monica very kind and helpful.

There is not much to say, perfect location if you want to travel around Sardinia. You can even walk to Olbia if some evenings you don't feel like taking the car. A special mention goes to Monica, the true host, always ready to brighten up with a smile and excellent breakfasts! Extremely clean room! Recommended.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time, we are a family of 5 and we really felt at home. Monica was very kind and helpful, breakfast more than plentiful. I definitely recommend this place and if I were to come back to Olbia, I would definitely go to Monica's.

Apartment well cared for in detail, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, air conditioning and all the amenities. But the added value is Monica, a very determined woman, always present and attentive to the guest's needs. Together with Roberto, she made me feel at home. Ciao Claudine, mi dispiace, di non aver pienamente soddisfatto le tue aspettative, poiché faccio il possibile per accontentare gli ospiti perché vorrei che si sentissero come a casa, ma, devono sapere di essere in una casa e non in un albergo. Per la posizione si può vedere tranquillamente su Google maps prima di prenotare dov'è situata il B&B. Per la colazione ti chiedevo sempre se andava tutto bene e non mi hai mai espresso che c'era qualcosa che potevo migliorare. Avevi a disposizione sia il dolce che il salato. Il miei prezzi sono tra i più bassi che ci sono ad Olbia (questo, comunicatomi da BOOKING), ma, non per questo non è che non curiamo il tutto e la stanza l'hai scelta tu. Comunque, spero tu abbia fatto delle buone vacanze. Ciao e buon proseguimento.

We stayed with our two daughters in the blue room, the four-person room with a private bathroom. The room is very spacious, spotlessly clean and fragrant. The bathroom is beautiful and new, with a shower that makes you want to wash yourself continuously. We were able to have a princely breakfast at 6 in the morning, even though it is served from 8 to 10, because the very kind Monica had everything ready for us. The location is slightly off-center, in a very quiet residential area; with a pleasant 20-minute walk, we reached the center of Olbia. Highly recommended B&B.

Monica is a very welcoming and friendly person. The bed and breakfast is small but well cared for and clean. And the neighborhood is very quiet.

What can I say, everything was perfect. Monica waited for our arrival around 23:00 and in the morning around 6:30 we had a hearty breakfast before our embarkation at the port of Olbia. The property is a few kilometers from the port.

La colazione alle ore 5,30 del mattino era composta da caffè, the, frutta, yogurt, succo arancia, acqua, frutta, corn flakes, un contenitore ermetico con maddelaides, 3 tipi di dolci confezionati e un vassoio con campana composta da 6 tipi di dolci sfusi. Cosa dovevamo servirti? Molti non danno neanche la colazione se non dopo un certo orario. Buon proseguimento.

I stayed only one night with my family. The bedroom for 4 people was spacious and very clean. At A Casa di Monica we were welcomed with great sympathy and hospitality. I definitely recommend it.
