The price was higher than advertised but widely justified by the services and hospitality of the owners.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast in a strategic location to visit the city, excellent and abundant breakfast in a splendid dining room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Kind and helpful staff. Just a small hiccup with the TV that was not working, but overall excellent.

Cancellation an hour and a half before arriving in the city due to homonymy: The Property is beautiful, welcoming, and the staff friendly, but on a bridge where there was no room in all of Turin, they made a mistake by booking the same room for two different families (one being mine) with the same surname and informing us at 3 pm that our reservation was canceled (arrival expected in Turin at 5:50 pm). At that point, we asked for hospitality for at least the night of the 8th and the 10th, but they didn't have the 9th. So we moved between expensive hotels that we had to find with considerable difficulty by ourselves. No problem in this sense, but: 1. A good manager solves a problem he created and does not just cancel. 2. A good manager does not charge a quadruple room in any case more than a double room that we had booked and was guaranteed to us, except for a cancellation due to his mistake. I would say that in the same situation I would have 1. Looked for accommodation for the customer (I believe it would have been his legal duty). 2. Charged the customer for the room, not even as a double, but even less for the inconvenience caused. Sometimes a little kindness is all it takes and things get resolved, but on the part of the owner not even a minimum of apologies (the staff, however, was exquisite and very kind). And I thank them all including the one who made the booking mistake. P.S. The alternative was the Roma Rocca Cavour hotel, which I highly recommend for quality, price, and location (suite paid at the cost of a double room without credit card advances but contact only by phone). In any case, Ai Savoia is a nice place, but the manager should have at least said, "I'm sorry, I'll find a solution" despite the chaos on the bridge. Dr. Loredana Moretti.

Apart from a slightly steep staircase to reach the rooms (which is acceptable in a historic building), I did not encounter any inefficiency neither at the reception, where I was welcomed with courtesy and precision, nor in the overall hospitality. The breakfast is very abundant and the rooms are clean. Each room has a renovated bathroom, so the charm of the ancient rooms is complemented by clean, modern, and efficient bathrooms. In the end, a good price for a luxury room.

Large and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, just a few hundred meters from Piazza Castello, good value for money.

Convenient location to visit the city center on foot. A bed and breakfast with very well cared for decor and furnishings; the only downside is that the staircase to access the rooms is particularly steep. The cleanliness upon arrival is perfect, but the room was not cleaned nor the bathroom on the following day. The breakfast is truly appreciable.

We stayed at Ai Savoia in Turin for two nights while visiting the beautiful Turin. It was a truly enjoyable weekend and the suggestive location of the B&B allowed us to fully experience the spirit of the "royal" Turin of the past. High-quality rooms, well cared for in every aspect and very clean. Excellent central location to explore the city far and wide, abundant and tasty breakfast, accompanied by excellent lyrical music in the background. The manager was very helpful (they had someone waiting for our arrival on Friday night late after midnight) although rather reserved, not very talkative, and "cold" (a typical trait of the various Piedmontese we met). A must-try for those who want to relive a sophisticated and bygone atmosphere.

The structure exactly matches what is advertised online. The environments are very well maintained and the staff is very professional. If you decide to stay in a historical environment, this structure is the ideal place. I will gladly return.
