Simonetta and Mattia: we arrived at the structure on Thursday afternoon without specifying a time, so we called the owner who gave us the access code to enter. The room was clean but cold and damp. We reported the issue but it was not resolved. Looking at other reviews, it seems this problem has been raised before. The radiators were barely warm for only one hour a day. We also had trouble with the Wi-Fi, unable to connect with two devices simultaneously. Not recommended location.

Buongiorno, mi dispiace leggere una recensione altamente negativa. Non sono d'accordo su alcune affermazioni dal momento che non risultano vere, mi riferisco al wifi e ai termosifoni. Se arrivate senza avvisare, e se arrivate in un momento in cui vista la crisi energetica ci hanno chiesto di ridurre la temperatura nelle abitazioni, non potete pretendere di trovare una sauna. Parlare di camera umida, quando questa si trova al secondo piano è una grande sciocchezza. Mi domando perché dal momento che mi ha chiesto la password del wifi e mi ha risposto "ok tutto a posto" non ha avuto la stessa idea di chiedere il telecomando del condizionatore. Simili punteggi sono attribuibili solo da persone che non sanno neanche loro cosa vogliono. Saluti e buona fortuna per le prossime vostre vacanze.

Helpful and friendly manager. Convenient location (not on the sea, but a ten-minute walk and you're on the beach). Excellent value for money, considering the first weekend of August 35 euros per night seemed fair to me. The only flaw was the window facing the street, it was like having other tenants in the room.

The Skipper B&B is located in a quiet area where you can rest well. It is about 1 km from the sea and 2 km from the station and about 500 meters from the center. My room was very cozy, situated on the second floor with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard where you could have breakfast or relax. Breakfast is "self-service" using the coffee machine. Various packaged products and 2 types of fresh croissants. Overall, it's not bad, the cleanliness is good even though on the 2nd day the lady didn't come to clean the room. Perhaps a bit "expensive" given that the location is a bit off-center, especially from the sea. I paid the bill in full at check-in. In the room, I recounted and it seemed to me that I was asked for about 20 euros more than expected. I asked for explanations and the manager told me that the room I had booked was an economy one with an external private bathroom and to better accommodate me he assigned me another room with an internal bathroom. I didn't have the reservation details with me so I thanked him for accommodating me in a more comfortable room. Now I have reviewed the reservation, the wording on the reservation is: Room 1: Double Room (Adults: 1) Double Room for 2 Maximum number of guests: 2 Bathroom in the room. I was disappointed.

We stayed at this B&B for two nights. Clean room apart from some hair in the shower not ours and the bathroom door in the room very squeaky. Breakfast quite rich with homemade cakes/donuts and bought snacks.

A beautiful and very clean place. A large room with an external bathroom that is large but only for me. Kindness, friendliness, and cheerfulness.

Great location: a stone's throw from the historic center and equally close to the sea. The room was equipped with the essentials and cleaned daily. Abundant self-service breakfast. Good welcome from the staff. From the key handover to the end of the stay, complete autonomy and freedom are given to the customer. Fair value for money. I would recommend providing bicycles for customers to move around the center and take advantage of the bike path along the seafront. Overall, BB Skipper offers a pleasant stay without any inconvenience.
