The structure is very well taken care of in the details, impeccable cleanliness and a super abundant breakfast, very varied both sweet and savory. An added value is the proximity to the historic center, which can be reached in just a few minutes. But what makes everything special is the reserved and at the same time warm and caring welcome from Marco and Francesca, who carry out their work with passion. Charming place, clean, well-kept a few steps from the main square of Sirolo. The winning element of this place is the owners, Marco and Francesca: very kind, knowledgeable and they know how to make their guests feel at home. Highly recommended.

The stay at Francesca and Marco's establishment was a very pleasant experience. Certainly because of the quality of the structure, but especially for the thousand attentions given throughout the stay, to satisfy every request we had: beach reservations and boat trips, advice on restaurants and art destinations. We felt pampered the whole time, although with absolute discretion.

I recommend this B&B to everyone! The location is excellent, just two minutes on foot from the center, cleanliness and excellent rooms! The rooms have been recently renovated and are tastefully furnished. Marco and Francesca are always caring and kind! It felt like being at home! Rating: 10++.

In this bed and breakfast, it feels like being hosted by friends. The location is beautiful, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is abundant and varied. We were pampered along with our little dog Vasco, who will never forget the yellow chicken cooked by Aunt Francesca. Highly recommended.

What can I say about this short vacation? Thanks to Francesca and Marco, I was able to relax and enjoy these beautiful places. They took care of me starting from the breakfasts prepared with great care and with the picnic basket that was a very welcome surprise. Every move and activity during the day was made easier by their always prompt and discreet intervention. The rooms are meticulously cared for and cleaned almost maniacally. And finally, I thank them for their kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Marco and Francesca welcomed us warmly from the booking, helping us with an unexpected change of plans. The love and care they put into their work allowed us to make the holiday much more enjoyable and fully enjoy the beauty of the places. Very close to the center of Sirolo, new structure and tastefully furnished. The room also had a large balcony to enjoy the landscape on return from sunny days. The managers are very kind people who know how to pamper customers and give advice on beaches, restaurants, and various activities. They spoiled us with a rich and genuine breakfast. Free parking (with pass) a few meters from the structure.

Extremely kind and helpful owners, we arrived at 'Accanto alle Mura Rooms & Relax' with our dog Atena and they provided her with a cot and bowls. Abundant breakfast; they also prepare a packed lunch with sandwiches and fruit to take to the beach (in a thermal backpack). Attention to detail and flexibility according to one's needs, and good cleanliness. I highly recommend the B&B. The only note: in Sirolo, during the summer, dogs are prohibited from accessing 95% of the beaches.

We stayed in this wonderful place both in early June and we returned in early July. The welcome and hospitality of Francesca and Marco were wonderful. With two people like them and their B&B, where we didn't find anything negative but everything is taken care of in detail, you can only have wonderful holidays. We will definitely come back. Last week, we stayed for six days at the B&B Next to the Walls in Sirolo. The place is beautiful, very clean and tastefully decorated, and the breakfast is delicious. Francesca and Marco welcomed us with empathy and availability that made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Above our expectations.

We arrived as a family with no expectations, but we found ourselves in a new family with other guests. The owners Francesca and Marco welcomed us with the utmost naturalness with open arms and it was immediately magical. Highly recommended both for a short break and for a longer stay. Here you will find tastefully furnished interiors with great care. Design furniture and objects everywhere. Definitely worth noting that in the bedrooms the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable and of quality made in Italy (in Sirolo to be precise). For your relaxation, there is also a Spa available within the facility. Sirolo is beautiful and Francesca with Marco are true ambassadors of their city! We will definitely return.

We stayed for 5 nights in this fabulous B&B, very beautiful rooms equipped with all the services and very spacious bathrooms. Strategic location, a stone's throw from the center and convenient for the beaches. The cleaning service has always been excellent. The breakfast is fabulous to say the least, both sweet and savory, every day a different homemade cake. The friendliness and availability of Marco and Francesca is something incredible.

High-level structure, equipped with all the services and attentions for the tourist who wants to relax and not think about anything. Strategic position to reach the center and the sea, but in a corner of peace and tranquility. We stayed in August 2023, for 8 days. The managers Marco and Francesca have always been caring and welcoming, they made us feel at home. Very clean, well-kept structure, tastefully furnished, very close to the center and a short walk from the beaches. Excellent breakfast with fresh and typical local products. A great plus is the preparation of packed lunch to take to the beach. Much appreciated services: EBike rental and hot tub in the garden of the structure. Highly recommended for a holiday in the beautiful Sirolo, a true gem!

Newly built structure, made and furnished with passion and kept even better. The location is optimal both to reach the shuttles to the beaches, and to go to the center (it only takes two minutes on foot and you are in the center of Sirolo). The room is equipped with many comforts (many more than those normally available in B&Bs), cleaning done every day and in an exceptional way, abundant breakfast with quality products. However, what made this week a truly memorable vacation was the enormous passion of Marco and Francesca in dedicating themselves to their guests: every day a varied breakfast according to our requests, every morning they gave us a cooler bag in which they put sandwiches and fresh fruit to take to the beach as an extension of breakfast (but in practice it was a practical and excellent lunch to spend the day on the beach!), they offered us a precious shuttle service to the beach every day, recommended a pleasant boat trip and accompanied us to the port to be able to do it, suggested itineraries, restaurants... In short, they did everything and more to make us relax and enjoy the splendid sea of Sirolo!

What can I say, with Marco and Francesca I felt at home, even better. Perfect B&B location, both to access the nearby Urbani beach, and to take a beautiful walk in the town center, stopping in the many shops and - above all - making a stop in one of the many restaurants they recommended. Top structure. Nothing to complain about, the room was truly fabulous, with a dedicated cleaning service that left me speechless. The highlight of all this, however, is the friendliness, kindness, and cordiality of Marco and Francesca. They reserved many attentions for me, many good (delicious) breakfasts and many useful suggestions on how to spend my stay in Sirolo. The only "zucchini" that didn't understand anything was my girlfriend (whom I had invited and was waiting for at their place)... as mentioned with Marco, she doesn't know what she missed, but I plan to return soon to meet these two wonderful people, this time (hopefully) also in the company of my better half. Everything perfect. The B&B Accanto alle Mura Rooms & Relax is attached to the historic center, but it is in a very quiet location with a spectacular view of the Monti Sibillini. It is also very close to the beaches. The breakfast is amazing, both sweet and savory. Thanks to the cooler bag provided by the managers, it is possible to have lunch practically on the beach. An excellent service is offered by Marco, who takes us to the beach and picks us up with the free shuttle of the structure. The rooms are very beautiful, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the beds are very comfortable. You immediately notice that the furniture is refined and of high quality. It's practically all perfect. I will definitely come back, because I didn't have time to use the spa, which completes the circle of pampering. Thank you guys. See you soon, Monica.

Although I have tried hard to find a flaw in these days, I haven't succeeded. Wonderful location of the structure, a stone's throw from the beautiful center of Sirolo. Rooms furnished in a refined and elegant way. Also, some welcome "gifts" inside the minibar (prosecco, san pellegrino cocktail, coca cola), another nice touch thought by the owners. A bottle of cold water will be refilled every day. Impeccable cleanliness. The host already a week before sends the main places of interest and typical restaurants in the area, something that has never happened to me before. The breakfast is magnificent: you will find everything! From the delicious sweets made by Francesca, small and tasty krapfen, very good croissants and all the fruit and yogurt you want. We did not ask for savory for our choice but if you want it, it's also available. There is also the possibility to park the car in a designated area: the owner Marco will accompany you and you will be worry-free for the whole vacation. Finally, precisely: the owners. Two people who have decided to change their lives and start this activity with passion, dedicating all their energy. They have been a source of inspiration for us. Marco will accompany you, if you want and if you ask, to the nearby Urbani beach and will give you all the advice for all the beaches (we loved not only those of Sirolo but also and perhaps especially those of Portonovo: they need to be "conquered" but it's worth it) Francesca is a delightful host, even on the day of our wedding anniversary, she prepared my favorite cake just to tell you about the attention and dedication she puts into this work. Finally, be amazed by the beauty of Conero and enjoy it. Sirolo is a fantastic village, Numana high is very elegant, Portonovo is more "wild" but perhaps for this reason even more fascinating. We recommend, with beautiful and calm sea, also a small cruise along the coast or the rental of canoes. We will definitely be back.

We stayed as a couple, beautiful and clean room, with everything you need (absolutely everything), fairly spacious bathroom with a large and functional shower, abundant and varied breakfast from sweet to savory, prepared by the managers Francesca and Marco, always very kind and very helpful and possibly ready to meet every request. The structure is very close to the sea and at the foot of Mount Conero, the beaches if you don't want to walk (500 meters) are reachable by shuttles. A place I would gladly return to.

Brand new and very well-kept structure. Central location. Excellent breakfast. Marco and Francesca welcome you with great kindness and offering a welcoming service. The stay was pleasant. Definitely worth a return!

We were in Sirolo on the occasion of our 11th wedding anniversary. Marco and his wife welcomed us and pampered us from start to finish, full of attentions and kindness. Large room with balcony and views of the mountains that gave us indescribable peace. Cleanliness and order everywhere. Rating 10 for breakfast, with homemade products, from sweet to savory, all really exquisite. Upon returning from a day of excursions in the surroundings, the cherry on top: a mini spa all to ourselves with a whirlpool tub and Finnish sauna, 2 hours of pure relaxation with a final toast kindly offered by the owners. A place that will surely remain in our hearts and where we hope to return one day not too far away, maybe with our children!

We stayed on New Year's Eve for a night of relaxation and also took advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a nice sauna in the private spa. Everything was perfect and well taken care of, the spa package + aperitif was truly nice and relaxing. Keep it up, see you soon.

I spent a splendid day in Sirolo as a couple at the 'Accanto alle Mura Rooms & Relax' property, excellent with a taste in decoration, pleasant and quiet with a friendly atmosphere and a great location just a few steps from the town center. With excellent, friendly, kind, and helpful owners who make you feel like you're at home, my best compliments go to Mr. Marco and his wife Francesca for everything they provide. So I recommend it to everyone.

Stayed for 3 nights at the new property Accanto alle Mura Rooms & Relax. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Never found anything better. The wardrobes still smell of new wood. A shower so comfortable and spacious is not easy to find. The owners of the property are phenomenal. Well, indeed, there is a flaw... The baseboard is missing in the bathroom! Oh yes, without that, my day just doesn't start :-D. Congratulations for everything and next time I come back to that area, I will definitely stay with you. See you soon.
