Bed and breakfast, a few kilometers from Portovenere, a bit isolated, in the countryside but the advantage is the tranquility. The owner is very kind and welcoming. She gives you tips for visits. The breakfast is very good, complete and varied (yogurts, bread, homemade jam, butter and an absolutely delicious orange tart made by Giuseppina etc). The room is comfortable with a decent bed. The bathroom is on the landing. Lots of greenery, flowers and trees surround the house. An unusual and unexpected place a few meters from the sea!

Very nice structure, beautiful furniture... Unfortunately, we were treated badly because we went down 15 minutes before breakfast time... We just wanted to get some fresh air as it was very hot in the room and we were in no hurry. Perhaps the lady was nervous about something else.

Mrs. Giusy welcomed us with great cordiality and availability. Very good cook in preparing breakfast and above all an exceptional advisor for the places to visit.

Delightful house, very clean, tastefully decorated with personality by the landlady, who welcomed us with great courtesy and availability. Superlative breakfast with freshly cooked pancakes and a homemade jam to remember! Many recommendations on places to visit and very pleasant chats. Highly recommended.

The answer from the host:
Buongiorno Roberta, grazie mille per la sua recensione. Mi fa piacere sapere che avete apprezzato la mia ospitalità e che la mia casa vi sia piaciuta. Spero di rivedervi in un'altra occasione, quando potrete godere di una buona colazione in giardino e di un buon bagno al mare. Giusi.

Cozy little house, immersed in the silence of the countryside, just 3 km from Portovenere. Private parking. Giuseppina is very kind, the breakfast is well-prepared and abundant, the outdoor space is relaxing and well-kept, like every detail of the interior. Away from the chaos of the most touristy places, yet very close to the sea.

We appreciated the hospitality of Giusi and the taste with which she decorated the small room and the bathroom. We were fine. The structure, however, is not easily accessible and does not have a good view due to its proximity to a very high wall of the adjacent barracks.

I would go back, very original, a stone's throw from the Grazie with a path through the greenery passing by the ruins of an ancient Roman villa. Delightful owner.

Giusi is a very attentive, kind, and helpful host. We were pampered throughout our stay. The B&B is located about 4-5 km from Porto Venere and is close to the starting point of the CAI trail leading to Riomaggiore. The breakfast is superb!

The welcome from the owner is fantastic. Very very nice room, very clean and particular. Spacious and clean bathroom. And the breakfast... wow! Fantastic, complete with homemade pie! A unique and suggestive location.

Giusy welcomed us in a very cordial and kind way. We were thrilled by her creativity, everything in the house is unusual, unconventional, and very colorful. We really liked the place, of course, one must appreciate the tranquility and distance from the chaos, but the landscape is enchanting: myrtle, capers, and other wonders of Mediterranean flora all around. In the room, many books by great authors and many DVDs. Breakfast was also excellent. We will come back!

The landlady is excellent, both for courtesy and hospitality. A bit less accessible due to the dirt path which turns into mud in case of rain. Perfect wake-up call with the raising of the flag for those like me who love the military world. The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a serene and restful stay, and Mrs. Giusi deserves our thanks.

Very nice Bed and Breakfast and the owner is really kind. The breakfast is excellent, with organic products and homemade cakes. The structure is a bit difficult to reach as it is at the end of a slightly bumpy road and you have to go down a steep staircase to access it, but it is actually very close to both the charming Gulf of Le Grazie (10 minutes walk) and the parking lot where buses leave for Porto Venere. Recommended!

What can I say, an exquisite stay. You will find everything you would expect for a holiday: welcome, carefree atmosphere, relaxation. Excellent breakfast with organic products, well-kept structure in detail, host (Mrs. Giusi) available and friendly, magnificent place. To reach Portovenere you can take the car or do a bit of trekking which is not bad and allows you to enjoy an exceptional view from above of the surroundings.

Very nice structure and excellent management. Enchanting place but a car is necessary for getting around! We had a great time and felt comfortable.

Lovely B&B, we really felt at home. Two breakfasts and two returns home in great harmony with the garden, the spotted cat, and the peace that reigns supreme. The kitchen/living room, the bedroom, and the bathroom are really functional and furnished with exquisite taste. Fresh environments even when the temperature outside is high. Easy to reach Le Grazie, the Muzzerone refuge, and Portovenere.

The B&B is perfectly curated by the lady who manages it, both for the well-kept interiors made by her and for the strictly organic breakfast, from jams to cakes, very appreciated. The B&B is 5 minutes from Portovenere. For advice and indications on where to go, the B&B manager gives excellent directions. B&B to recommend.

A little corner of paradise. Very kind Mrs. Giusi, who also prepares excellent pastries for breakfast, and has decorated it in a very unique way, paying attention to every single detail. Very close to both Porto Venere and Le Grazie.

A splendid house renovated with creative magnificence. Clean, quiet, and welcoming rooms, provided with books available for guests. The hospitality of the hostess, Giusi, is priceless, almost like her excellent morning tart. Very close to Porto Venere, Palmaria Island, and all the trails in the area. Highly recommended.

The structure is furnished in a very particular, lovely way. You can see the creativity of Mrs. Giusi. It is suitable not only for those who want to go to the beach or explore the villages, but also for staying in relaxation and reading the many books that the rooms offer. The breakfast is excellent, with cakes and jams made in-house. All products are organic. Mrs. Giusi is very nice, sociable, and available. The only slightly lower rating is for the location: facing the naval barracks, it does not enjoy a great view, and for those who want to arrive home by car, it is not ideal, although the car can be left a little higher up and then you go down some steps. It is definitely worth staying in this structure for a relaxing vacation.

We found exactly what we were looking for. A delightful place, sheltered from mass tourism, immersed in nature. Welcoming and very clean rooms (and a very comfortable bed). Giusy was warm and caring both with us and with our 5-year-old child who had fun running in the garden while we had breakfast peacefully. Highly recommended. For couples looking for a sheltered place, for families who want to feel "at home". And from there you can walk to the sea.

A 10-minute walk from Porto Venere, a delightful space, furnished with art and taste by a creative and refined host. A library of interesting books and the possibility of reading them in a specially created niche inside the room (Pervinca), which makes you forget that you cannot see the sea.

Welcoming environment, cheerful room that is not anonymous as it often happens, delicious breakfast made with homemade and organic products, prepared on the spot for the guests. The owner, a sociable person and great company, gives good advice about the area and things to do or places to visit. The location of the structure is in a quiet and reserved area, just a short walk from Portovenere and the routes and trails for Muzzerone.

Personally, I found myself very well, but I would like to help other visitors understand the place. The house is excellently restored, the building is from the 1500s or 1600s built with the remains of a beautiful Roman villa located 100 meters away, which can be visited for free by reservation. In front of the B&B, there is a large wall mod. "Meriggiare Pallido e Assorto" XL that protects a base of the Navy. National Anthem during raising and lowering the flag, but it is not mandatory to stand at attention. For the rest, one is immersed in a Liguria of other times, which seems to resurface from lost memories.

We spent a very pleasant weekend staying at this remarkable B&B in terms of the care given to the decoration of the interiors and the furnishings in the rooms. The ornaments, the paintings, and even the books on the shelves of the library are interesting and carefully chosen. The kindness and availability of the owner is at the highest level: she can be discreet if necessary, or a pleasant companion for discussions if desired. She has skilled hands that knead sourdough bread and delicious tarts served in the morning when the sweet aroma coming from the oven reaches your room upstairs. The location of the establishment can be advantageous if you desire a quiet place in nature and have a car available. The towns of Proto Venere and Le Grazie are very close, but you must consider that it is located in a somewhat isolated spot along the highway, and walking at night is not advisable. On the positive side, there is a parking area because in this part of Liguria, parking spaces are precious. In any case, the area is quiet and silent despite the adjacent military base. Ultimately, our judgment is positive because it is an unusual place, the complete opposite of sterile, and where we found a lot of friendliness.

The B&B is very beautiful, well-kept and original. The lady who manages it is nice, available and attentive to the needs of the guests. It is five minutes from Portovenere, unfortunately the view overlooks the wall that borders the military area.

Very pleasant stay at this small B&B completely renovated with elegance and simplicity, which is managed by Mrs. Giusy with welcoming energy. Strategic location, a small oasis of serenity, just a stone's throw from the delightful Le Grazie and a few minutes from Porto Venere and Palmaria Island. There is a desire to return!
