There is no breakfast, but despite that a breakfast snack kit is provided. Thanks to Alessandro and Giovanna for their welcome and kindness! Plus, the room and toiletries are redone every day.

The property is in a great location, close to the train station, perfect for those who want to visit the Cinque Terre and centrally located in La Spezia, if you want to eat out in the evening or take a walk along the port. The hosts Giovanna and Alessandro were very kind and always available, they gave us advice on things to see, eat, and even on public transportation. I loved the detail of the rooms, there are 5 rooms and they are named after the Cinque Terre. I would come back!

Very kind Giovanna, very pleasant stay. Close to the station and the center, cozy and clean room. Even though breakfast was not included, some snacks/tea/coffee were provided.

Great location to visit the Cinque Terre, 5 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk from the port of La Spezia. Beautiful, spacious rooms and very kind and helpful owners.
