Our B&B is located in Ponzano Magra, a hamlet of Santo Stefano di Magra in an area rich in historical, architectural and cultural testimonies. La Lunigiana, Versilia, Cinque Terre, the Gulf of Poets, "Amarti Suites B&B" is a prestigious residence, a structure designed with taste, refinement and love for attention to detail.

Our guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, build delicious food and wine itineraries through which to discover traditions and cultures, participate in the numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, getting lost between events and exhibition spaces.
In the surroundings of our structure it will be possible to find several monuments and pleasant places to live and visit.

Our residence is the perfect location for all traveling families who will feel at home here, for business and work trips, for a romantic holiday in a quiet and reserved environment.
Structure features
We will provide our guests with private bathroom in each room, free wifi, air-conditioned rooms, mini-bar with coffee / tea. Possibility of returning at any time of the night, parking, and a bright terrace.

Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with hairdryer, internet access, television, mirror and luggage rack, mini-bar.
We can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 travelers in:
1 room "Balcony Suite" which can accommodate 2 people
1 "Tub Suite" room which can accommodate 4 people

Best B&B I've ever stayed at. Very nice spacious room and very well equipped with a very modern and new bathroom. Very attentive host and a very complete buffet breakfast. Really nothing to improve. Everything is perfect.

Extremely kind owners, the property is cared for in every detail. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect. The abundant breakfast is of high quality. I think it's the best b&b I have ever found!

Practically everything perfect. Carefully detailed with taste and efficiency. Impeccable cleanliness and many little treats for the guests. Breakfast super proportional to the size of the property, also maximum attention to details here. Mr. Paolo who welcomed us and followed us during the stay was friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area. Moreover, having a car, the location is not bad either.

Brand new structure and furnished with great taste. Exceptional services and extreme attention to detail. Maximum attention towards the customer. I reported being celiac and allergic to milk, and for breakfast I found everything, even homemade cakes by Martina's dad. What do you say, I was moved. A heartfelt thank you. We felt at home.

We were in the area, and I made a last-minute request, surprising speed of response and availability. The surprise. Very nice and well-kept B&B in every detail, very comfortable room, with attention to details "dreamlike". The varied breakfast and complete with everything you would want to find in the morning. Definitely recommend.

Cozy and meticulously cared structure, quiet environment, strategically located to visit Sarzana, Cinque Terre, Lerici. It is managed very well by Martina who knows how to make her customers feel good, with many thoughtful details. The photos shown give a good idea and are real, not artificially constructed. The room was clean, tidy, very spacious, with a terrace, minibar, coffee machine, TV, wifi, very comfortable mattress bed and a super shower! The breakfast was super plentiful and for all tastes, sweet/savory/gluten-free/vegan, fresh pastries, homemade cakes, yogurt, cereals, fruit salad, natural juices, in short, I think you can't ask for more than this! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
