Great place, very clean and the owner is very nice. It is located a bit out of the main locations, but accessible by bus without any problems and within walking distance of a train station as well. Affordable.

The owner Euro Rossi is very attentive and cheerful person! The apartment is cozy, there is a terrace or a balcony, there is everything you need. Great area. We liked everything!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is located near the buses, the subway, and 20 minutes on foot from the Vatican. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who is very available. He speaks French and gives very good advice. The rooms are spacious. We had a very good stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is well located (20 minutes on foot from the Vatican Museum) and well served by bus and metro from the city center. The rooms are spacious (we were 4 couples) with a bathroom for each room. The owners are very welcoming (they speak French) and explained very well how to get around, moreover they arranged for us to park our minivan (extended traffic) in a garage. The Vatican and Rome are magnificent, very good stay.

I found myself very well. Very nice room with private bathroom in an elegant condo, easily reachable by public transport, bus stop right there and about ten minutes walk from the Cipro metro stop, very convenient to reach the center in a short time. Very kind and helpful manager. Recommended!

I stayed with a friend for just one night at this Eraflap B&B and we were both extremely happy! The location of the property is very close to the bus stop (and also the train) that quickly takes you to the center of beautiful Rome. The property is super cute and personalized to the maximum, making the place welcoming and making you feel at home, and in this the owners are the masters! Max provided us with all the necessary information to move around and his friendliness will always be in my heart! Hope to visit again soon!

Excellent structure, we were greeted very warmly, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast excellent, we also asked and obtained to have a military rebreather sector meeting, we deal with diving for a. n. carabinieri, designation G. O. S. GRUPPO OPERATIVO SOMMOZZATORI E SALVAMENTO ACQUATICO, without any extra charge for this unplanned event. Thanks again for the hospitality.
