Clean and spacious room and common area, great hosts, shower water could be hotter, but overall would stay again if ever in Rome.

We spent 4 nights here and everything was just perfect! The communication went well and we had a great time! The rooms are new and equipped with air conditioning which was great due to the hot weather in August.

Our stay at B&B Toto al Vaticano in Rome was one of the best experiences we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood with easy access to all the major attractions. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent recommendations and assistance whenever needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Rome and can't wait to return.

Really fantastic room! Great having our own space with the option of the shared kettle and microwave. The shower was great and the bathroom really well sized. Hosts were also very responsive and accommodated an early bag drop off, which saved us from getting our clothes soaked.

This B&B hotel is the best yet I've ever been... Ricardo and Carmen are so welcoming and will help you with any problems and their service for making sure you have a lovely stay... as well as the room itself is very, very good and modern space... I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Rome and would definitely go back here the next time I come back to Rome.

We had a great stay at Riccardo's accommodation. It was very clean and functional. Cleaning and breakfast restocking were done every day. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated given the temperatures (close to 40°). The location, very close to the Vatican, allowed us to visit most of the city in a few days. Finally, the welcome and exchanges with Riccardo were very pleasant and smooth. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Very good overall. I recommend it. Nearby bus: a very appreciable plus.

We spent 2 nights in this B&B. I must say it's very well organized. As soon as we entered with Riccardo, the owner, the clean smell we felt immediately made us think how lucky we were. Abundant breakfast, very quiet area, the hosts were super helpful. They even gave us directions to see Rome at its best and especially places to eat well.

Recently renovated structure, beautiful and spacious room, very comfortable beds and very nice and functional bathroom, excellent cleanliness, and I would like to emphasize the kindness and availability of Carmen who was truly an excellent host. I highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of spending three nights at the B&B Toto al Vaticano located just a few minutes from St. Peter's Square. The location is truly strategic, perfect for exploring the Vatican and the attractions of Rome. Riccardo, the owner, was extremely courteous and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable with his hospitality and valuable city tips. The room was impeccably clean, bright, and very comfortable, attention was paid to the smallest details. Every morning, we were delighted by a plentiful and varied breakfast, a real touch of class that enriched our experience. We stayed at the property for 2 nights. Good cleanliness and location, close to the Vatican and bus stop, breakfast with packaged products left in the room, shared appliances. We found the shower not working and the hose broken, the warm water only lasted for a few seconds then turned cold; the manager claimed not to know, hard to believe!

Excellent facility for a stay in Rome, near the Vatican, a few steps from the bus stop, recently renovated, very clean, the girl who manages it is very kind, highly recommended.

We used 2 rooms since we were two couples of friends and we found ourselves very well from all points of view; the structure is new and very well furnished, in a functional way.

Cozy, clean, new room in a good location for getting around. Super welcoming, friendly, and helpful managers. I recommend it.

I often travel to Rome for work, this time I had the pleasure of staying in this B&B and I found it very good in every way. My need was to have a comfortable base in the Vatican area and B&B Toto al Vaticano was excellent: I really liked the room, brand new and spacious. Excellent breakfast and it must be said that Riccardo and Carmen were always helpful and kind. From now on, for my trips to Rome, this B&B will be my reference point.

Riccardo and Carmen are two fantastic hosts! They helped us organize the trip and welcomed us in the best way. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well furnished. B&B ideal for visiting the Vatican and St. Peter's Square on foot, using only one bus you can reach the historic center of Rome (Colosseum area, Imperial Fora, etc.).
