Guests love it because: abundant breakfast, cheap, in the city center, charming property, near the metro, near the airport, very new, spectacular view.
The B&B Appia Felis is located in the IV Miglio district, within the Appia Antica Park. Nearby you can make beautiful walks on foot, by bike or on horseback, in the midst of nature and monuments. We are a stone’s throw from Via Appia Nuova and from Via Appia Pignatelli, near Villa dei Quintili, Parco degli Acquedotti and Tor Fiscale. For sports enthusiasts the area offers swimming pools, tennis courts, horse riding and golf.

One bus tkes you directly to Piazza Venezia; several buses take you to the Arco di Travertino metro station (line A) from which you can reach the center of Rome and the Vatican. The bed and breakfast has a double room, even for single use. with private bathroom and garden view.

The room is available in three versions: with two beds, with a double bed and with an extra bed for a child. We speak English, French and Romanian.

Two cats live in the house and, although they are not allowed inside the guest rooms, they are free to roam about the house. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot accomodate people allergic to cats or guests’ pets.

For breakfast we offer: milk, yogurt, coffee, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate, baked goods (cookies, fette biscottate, brioches), fresh fruit, fruit juices, jam, honey, butter. Fresh eggs and a selection of cheese upon request. We mainly use local products, typical of Lazio or other Italian regions. It is possible to prepare special breakfasts (for example vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free breakfasts etc.) upon specific request at the time of booking.

We enjoyed the days in Rome. The city is nice and we rode bicycles to the center and historical buildings. Elisa is very friendly and helped us with all things and problems. We were lucky to find her bed and breakfast. We would stay there again. If somebody doesn't like cats, then he should look for another room. Much greetings.

We are absolutely satisfied with the stay. Mrs. Elisa is a fantastic, caring and precise person and, wonderful extra touch, the two beautiful non-intrusive cats, to recommend.
