The room we stayed in was quite comfortable and spacious, with a private bathroom and a view over the road. There was a cleaning service every day. It was modern and well designed. Angelica, the hostess, was very helpful with every question we had and we had a warm welcome. She responded without delay. We were given detailed information on how to get to the accommodation from the airport and useful recommendations on what to do in the city of Rome. The location of the room is ideal, as it is very close to the Vatican, within walking distance to other famous sights and very close to a metro station. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and bars in the area to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also there was a free wifi and a smart tv. I highly recommend the accommodation.

They said that the next day they couldn't change the towels but on the second day they still didn't change them. Angelica is a very pleasant host and the room is carefully taken care of.

This accommodation is very well located. Clean. Quiet for resting. The hostess very attentive. The only thing I can think of to improve is the breakfast which is a bit scarce (croissant + hot drink).

Great Bed & Breakfast to visit Rome, clean and equipped with every comfort. Located in the Vatican area just a few meters from the metro. Angelica fantastic host, welcomes guests excellently and makes them feel pampered.

The structure is located in an apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator, perfectly renovated and divided into numbered rooms with keys to ensure maximum privacy. Very close to St. Peter's Square and Ottaviano Metro A. \nThe room has modern furnishings, equipped with a TV with access to Netflix, desk with chair, wall closet, en-suite bathroom with towels (2 shower towels, two face towels, bidet towels missing), hairdryer, toilet paper and soap and shampoo packets. \nWe stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned on the second day. \nWifi available and working. \nBreakfast was not included, however there was a kettle with some tea bags that in my opinion had been there for quite some time, the only downside if we really want to find a flaw in this structure. \nA perfect stay for those who want to experience the city center in a quiet neighborhood with the possibility of easily reaching all points of interest on foot. \nIn the area there are bars, restaurants, and Carrefour within a 5/10 minute walk. \nThank you Angelica, I highly recommend this B&B and will definitely come back to visit!

Really perfect, I've been to many bed and breakfasts, but this one beat them all. Very kind owner, early check-in that solved many problems for me. We will definitely meet again.

Brand new structure, a few meters from Ottaviano metro station and close to St. Peter's Square. The owner is very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. A place to come back to!
