Ca'ssoletta 56

We spent three nights with Nicola and his family and enjoyed every day: - the hospitality - the opportunities in the neighborhood (Bologna, Modena, Maranello, the Apennines) - one afternoon in the very well kept garden at the pool. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Ca'ssoletta 56! Our host, Nicola, was very friendly and easy going. He speaks English fluently, by the way. The house is just wonderful, decorated and furnished in Italian countryside style. The rooms are situated on the first floor, there's no elevator. Our room was large, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom (connected to the room) was basic but modern and clean. We spent some lazy time at the pool in the garden. As dinner is not served in this accommodation, we went to a nearby village (5 min. by car) for a lovely dinner at Ristorante Lele. Breakfast was well sorted with fresh fruit, bread, ham, cheese, and homemade banana bread :) You can park your car right in front of the house behind the gate. Perfect for a couple of days to explore the area and visit Bologna or just for a night when traveling through as just a few minutes from the highway exit. We can highly recommend this accommodation. If you're looking for a personal touch and connection, you should definitely book here! You'll be in good hands!

An excellent base from which to visit Modena and Bologna. Very comfortable room and Nicola was a perfect host with excellent suggestions and helpful tips. Recommended.

What a lovely place is Ca'ssoletta 56! We had such a wonderful stay. Nicola and his parents are very friendly, welcoming and sweet people. Thank you so much for everything. We hope to come back in the future! Great location between Bologna and Modena, very nicely decorated, clean, great beds, spacious room and great breakfast, delicious homemade cake! and so nice they bought special soya drinks for my vegan daughter. Highly recommended.

Excellent welcome and the structure is fantastic. Very well located near the highway and the airport, without the nuisances. Beautiful pool and garden, very comfortable beds in large rooms. Owners very pleasant and friendly. Definitely to be repeated for a next trip in the area.

Beautiful countryside property with a pool. With only 2 rooms, tranquility is guaranteed. Nicola and his parents are very kind, welcoming, and available to recommend places to visit and trattorias/restaurants where you can have dinner. Extremely convenient location to visit Modena and Bologna. We will definitely come back.

Spacious, clean and fragrant room. The owners are very kind and hospitable.

I stayed in October when maybe the bed and breakfast is less appealing due to the slightly gray weather, but I was happy. Very clean and excellent hospitality. It is in a perfect location, just 10 minutes away, for those like me who are going to the Arena di Casalecchio for an event.

I found myself very well. Very beautiful and clean room. The owners are very friendly. I highly recommend staying, for business or otherwise.

It is a beautiful country house structure but close to the A1 exit of Bologna Valsamoggia which is already an added value for those who travel and want a stop. But this is reductive, you feel like staying as the environment is welcoming, the pool, the airy well-furnished rooms, the abundant breakfast, and above all the kindness and hospitality of the owners. Wonderful stay in a structure immersed in greenery, very quiet, guarantee of true relaxation. Very clean room, inside a beautiful farmhouse furnished with taste. Very friendly, attentive and very kind managers. Great location near the highway exit.

Very nice property in the countryside near Bologna. Very close to the highway exit. Great for business trips but also for a couple of days of relaxation.

Beautiful farmhouse (outside, the hall is beautiful) just a few minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from Bologna, very clean, very large room and new bathroom, kind and helpful hosts. They recommended us an excellent restaurant with fair prices. Everything perfect.

Beautiful property; excellent cleanliness as well as carefully furnished down to the smallest details. The location of the B&B is perfect: 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the center of Bologna, perfect for a visit to the Ducati Lamborghini Museum. The hosts, husband and wife, are two wonderful people who make you feel comfortable right away. Good value for money. Since we left very early, we did not have breakfast at the property, but the lady prepared a take-away bag for each of us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Cà Ssoletta 56 is a magical place. In a quiet location among the beautiful countryside of Emilia Romagna and not far from the Valsamoggia motorway exit, you will be welcomed by true hospitable and friendly hosts. The house is sublime, it is a beautiful residence, you will find spacious rooms, with very comfortable beds and equipped with private bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent, rich and delicious. This place is not only to be recommended, but to be highlighted as a top B&B, if you pass by there, do not miss this opportunity!

Entering this property is like diving into a fairy tale. Where everything is possible. Refinement, charm, taste in the decor and in the use of every detail. The welcome from the hosts is impeccable, indeed warm. You feel like you are with family. I do not hesitate to say that here you really touch perfection!

Perfect stay.

Ideal for those who want to spend a few relaxing days, away from the city chaos but at the same time a few kilometers from the center. The rooms are furnished in detail, maximum comfort, impeccable cleanliness. Very rich breakfast, from sweet to savory.
