Guests love it because: very new, abundant breakfast, cheap, near the airport, near the station.

Classic Italian style with CROISSANT as shown in the photo to be filled as desired with JAMS, honey or Nutella accompanied by a MINI DONUT glazed and filled inside with chocolate, cream, strawberries or berries. The professional coffee machine also dispenses cappuccino, latte macchiato, Americano or just milk for those who would like a nice hot chocolate from disposable low-fat cocoa sachets. Each customer will have access to a FRUIT JUICE in a glass bottle with flavor depending on the availability of the facility. The kettle and toaster are always available, as is the microwave oven. There are also cereals and dried fruit. For those with allergies, intolerances or preferences, the brioches are also VEGAN with spelled (almost better than the classic ones), GLUTEN FREE single portions packaged only to be heated. Depending on availability there are also CAKES, TOAST, DONUT, TARTS and more! You just have to come and discover it:) The structure guarantees excellent quality products only from serious and professional suppliers, we do not buy from the supermarket.

We gave all high ratings, but the one that exceeds the maximum score we express without any doubt to Stefano, the owner of the structure. He never made us miss his presence for any of our questions or needs. The B&B Parco Nord is located in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the highway and not far from the center. The complex of terraced houses is immersed in a pleasant and elegant atmosphere of silence and a perception of absolute lack of dangers of any kind. No difficulty in finding parking right next to the front door. We can objectively say that we have never been in such a satisfying B&B.

The structure is located in a nice, very quiet neighborhood. It is new, very tidy, comfortable and welcoming, strategically situated close to the fair and the ring road, in a position that allows easy access to the center of Bologna. The owner Stefano is very friendly, helpful, and very attentive to meeting the customers' requests. A B&B to keep in mind and where to return for a pleasant stay.

Excellent structure. Kindness, courtesy, and welcoming spirit characterize the management. Extremely welcoming environment, new and clean, very convenient location. Parking in front of the B&B. I will definitely choose it to stay again. Highly recommended!

Great B&B, Stefano is a delightful, friendly, and helpful person, the best host you can come across. The property is in a quiet and peaceful location, very close to the fair and very convenient for visiting Bologna. Recommended to everyone, great experience.
