Our B&B is located in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Monticelli) at Parma art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the heart of the city. "B&B Al Ducale" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, a lovely, refined building, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.
Close by our guests will find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium 'Stadio Ennio Tardini di Parma'.

The location makes our facility ideal for shopping in our local Christmas market.

Full breakfast served on tray out of the room door at required time. Continetal breakfast with orange suce, organic tosted bread, butter, jam and honey, warm croissantes, coffè, tea, chocolat and warm drinking (bottles of water available) or optionally at the Vision bar opposite.

The place is quite good, I stayed in an apartment by myself and I should say that you could easily live there: an open space with a sofa, a king-size bed, a full optional kitchen, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Giovanni is also an excellent host, always available and polite. This B&B is also centrally located and everything is within walking distance.

We enjoyed very much our stay at the B&B al Ducale, located in a very convenient position with a classical music theme. The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. It is within walking distance of the historic part of Parma. Our host made us feel at home, even bringing a large breakfast tray in the morning and recommending restaurants. The hot water in the bathroom is very, very hot. If it were me, I would try to adjust the water temperature down a bit, but this is a minor point.

A small and well-kept hotel with very friendly service. It was very clean, the owners waited for us until late at night because we arrived later due to traffic jams. The location is central, the old town is easy to reach. Recommended!

Beautiful experience visiting Parma, hosted by B&B al Ducale and the very kind Giovanni. Highly recommended B&B for location, cleanliness, room comfort, and the owner's friendliness! Great for families, we were 4 adults and 3 children aged 4 to 8.

Stayed as a couple, the structure is normal with a helpful owner. The breakfast is typical Italian: croissants, jams, milk, and coffee, decent but lacks gluten-free options. Slippers would be needed as the floor is quite cold.

Great B&B with spacious, clean rooms equipped with a fridge, TV, hairdryer, and clean linens. The room is part of a corridor with a door, so there is privacy. It is also ideal for those who need to go to the Hospice Piccole Figlie. The owner Giovanni is a kind person who gave us all the possible information to make things easier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a great time, the apartment is very large and comfortable. The only flaw is the absolute prohibition of using the kitchen even with very young children present (it could have been useful for preparing baby food or a small pasta).

Apartment in the heart of the historical center. Clean with everything you might need. The manager, even if not physically present, is always available. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel, the owners are very kind and polite. Very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay. Especially the heating is really good. I think I will gladly return.

We arrived on the 3rd of October and left on the 6th of October, we found this B&B on the internet and chose it for its proximity to our daughter's accommodation, so we had no particular expectations. We immediately noticed Paolo's friendliness as he welcomed us, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the surprise came when we met the owner Giovanni, fantastic, helpful, and kind. It will be our base for future trips to Parma. The breakfast could be improved, but it was more than compensated by the kindness we received. See you soon, Antonella and Luigi.

Cozy apartment, helpful and kind owner. The bathroom, although quite spacious, is uncomfortable due to the close arrangement of the fixtures. A luggage rack is missing in the room. Breakfast could be more complete in a few steps: adding some toast or cookies to accompany the coffee and milk would be enough. An empty croissant per person, served with jams, is not sufficient especially when choosing not to use the kitchen.
