I spent a week in the apartment and I just loved it, the gentlemen of the house were super friendly and attentive, always worried if I needed anything else. Without a doubt I recommend. The breakfast is just amazing, I will miss the cappuccino and croissant.

We chose this bed and breakfast for its proximity to the expressway and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was very convenient with a huge shower. The breakfast was good and the price was excellent, we will return.

Lovely bed and breakfast located in a perfect position, just a stone's throw from the SS. Annunziata hospital and the university. Managed with care and dedication by Andrea and his parents who make you feel at home right away, always available and with a smile. The room is well-kept and the spaces are always clean and tidy, the reserved external parking is valuable especially during peak hours. The breakfast is plentiful and the choice of products is very varied. The property also provides customers with a microwave and a fridge, very useful especially for longer stays like mine.

Friendly and kind staff. The structure is clean and well air-conditioned. In winter, the rooms are very warm. The breakfast is sweet, good and plentiful, often including locally baked artisan cakes. The location in front of the hospital and a few tens of meters from bus stops and tobacco shops (for tickets and top-ups) is good, even though you have to walk a little.

Everything perfect. I stayed at La Piccola Oasi because my children were hospitalized and I only had to cross the street. The guest feels pampered by the smile and good morning of the owner especially because one stays not for the holidays but because they have a loved one hospitalized.

Very nice and recently renovated room, clean and quiet. It is located a few kilometers from the highway exit, in front of the hospital and the bus stop convenient to reach Chieti center. Very kind and helpful managers. Delicious and very abundant breakfast.

Apart from the fact that the B&B La Piccola Oasi is in a super strategic position for the hospital, but it is really excellent, for the cleanliness of the rooms and for the availability of the owners. The value for money is excellent. It is very close to the bus stop that takes you to the city center. It really deserves.

Courtesy of the owners. Very nice and welcoming breakfast common area. Abundant breakfast with homemade sweets and a wide variety of choices to serve. Great location to reach Chieti Scalo/university and hospital area. Small room, but essential. Perhaps I would opt for the removal of some shelves above the beds (too low). Very close to a fairly busy road so slightly noisy, but bearable. Considering the road front, I would add some comforts in the room like blackout curtains. One could think of adding some bathroom amenities (hairdryer for example). Recommended.

Structure with a great value for money. Great location for those who need to go to the hospital or University. It is located right in front. My room was small but comfortable. The only downside, the lack of a bidet and a hairdryer. Abundant breakfast with packaged products. Excellent homemade donut accompanied by a good cappuccino. For the rest, kindness and hospitality. In the immediate vicinity, for those who want to grab a bite to eat, there is only a pizza by the slice place that also cooks hamburgers but nothing more. I plan to go back soon.

It's also worth noting that the owners are really kind, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is very good and plentiful, and there was never a lack of a dessert prepared by the owner. Me and my friends had a great time at this property. The managers are very skilled and kind people, the rooms are small but functional and very comfortable, with a working television and private bathroom. The location is excellent, close to the hospital and campus university in general. As for breakfast, there wasn't much choice, but it was more than good for my taste. Overall, I highly recommend the property for the excellent location, rooms, and staff.

I had to return to Chieti to be close to a relative in the hospital and I found this beautiful Bed and Breakfast just a few steps away. The structure is very welcoming, you breathe an intimate atmosphere almost like being at home and this is especially thanks to the extremely kind, sociable, and helpful staff. The room was beautiful and the breakfast with the fresh pastry in the early morning was truly an extra touch to make the stay memorable to the point of wanting to return. I highly recommend visiting it.

The B&B La Piccola Oasi is in a very convenient location for those who need to go to the hospital. Once you cross the street, you are already at the hospital.
