Ms. Marisa is very kind and attentive to her clientele. The structure is about 1 km from the beach. Well-served area. Excellent restaurants in the area.

Well-served B&B area. Excellent location near the Le Naiadi sports center for those who need to compete (swimming), the sea is a short walk away, about 15 minutes on foot. Available parking inside the building. Excellent room with all amenities. The property is very kind, helpful, and attentive to requests. Varied and plentiful breakfast, with super Muffins always different and fresh. Very good value for money. We recommend it!

We had a great time, the owners are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast prepared by Marisa is really excellent, the location of the property is excellent for any need, we felt at home. Definitely recommended, we hope to return as soon as possible!

Stay for one night really perfect in the north area of Pescara. Quiet room, silent at night and equipped with all the comforts worthy of a great B&B. My friend and I chatted with the owner Marisa and her husband, we felt at home, we slept very well in the double room, finding a good compromise between price and service quality. Nothing to complain about. Super breakfast with Marisa's sweets. It left us a nice memory of the structure, highly recommended.

It was easy to reach the B&B Oasi from the station, it took about 10 minutes. My partner and I stayed in the room with orange walls; a very cozy room that we both enjoyed, especially for the room number, 22. We are very attached to this number and therefore we felt we would be fine. Reality exceeded our expectations, we felt at home as soon as we met Marisa during check-in. She offered us a good coffee, explained how to use the heating, and then recommended places to eat, remaining available for any other request and suggestion. And so it was: helpful but also very kind and affectionate. For us, she was like a mother, we will miss the moments when we chatted with her during breakfast, while eating her delicious sweets, it's hard to say which one was the best! One thing I really liked was the possibility of making coffee, tea, or herbal teas at any time, thanks to the coffee machine in the breakfast room.
